Cool stuff, doesn't work with quick reply though. (Obviously)

I think that I'd like it more if along with the notice, it prompted you as you make the post
Bridged To The Sun.

Or a notice before one can proceed to the thread.

I think this is what i'd like to see. Something like the swear filter (hate it, hate it hate it hate it) where you get taken to a page once you have attempted to post only allowing you to continue with your post instead of how the swear filter (still hate it) restricts you.

The only problem I'd have with a notice before opening the thread is that it would be annoying to people just using it as reference. Considering that bumping old topics is a rarity, I'd much rather have the notice as a confirmation before the post actually submits.

Were talking about scrolling down and clicking ONE extra submit button, i doubt thats going to become much of an inconvenience. Anyway just a thought to make it more noticable, if you submitted your post and noticed it didnt post but took you to a new screen you would read it, at least the once, and so the message gets through a lot clearer than some pink font.

Right, it doesn't make it that much more of an inconvenience, but it's more fair for the notice and extra submit to be necessary if you are actually posting with the intent to bump, as opposed to just pulling up and referencing an old thread.

The idea is good, but the text is hard to read. It's red on red basically. Maybe you can add some kind of yellow background. It would be easier to see.
