I'll send it to you later, it's in a pack I haven't released yet. I have one that's massively hard, but it sounds like **** so when I release the pack I'm putting the better version in.

This actually seems to happen with a lot of GH/RB charts on FoF, im guessing the processing of multiple sound files can lag the game at points, it happens a lot for me on Play With Me and Free Bird.
