Baww, I'm at like 5 minutes of finishing my download of NV+DLC. That sounds pretty bad, but I'll still try to give it a chance.
Would you say it's no good for someone who couldn't get into Vanilla Oblivion?

It's like a pet, personality goes a long way. If you dig post-apocalyptic environments chances are you'll like it, it also has a heavier focus on conversation and long-range combat compared to Oblivion, but they are made of the same cast. To me, it's impossible to look at one and not think of the other. Tends to be fairly buggy and has horrible character models, it hasn't aged well. If you haven't played Fallout 3, my recommendation would be to play that instead, just because I find the story and presentation to be better, has less poo crafting systems and sets up a certain mood that NV just doesn't. It's certainly worth a try.

Just finished playing Yakuza. It's boring, repetitive and kind of ugly. It does have a good combat system going for it. However, whoever it was that recommended it to me claiming it was a spiritual successor to Shenmue, you are wrong and stupid.

Speaking of which, I can't stand generic action games. That's why I could never justify purchasing Devil May Cry and the like, I just can't get into them, even though everyone keeps telling me they're "am4z1ng as s3x br0!!!!!111!!"
