Horror/conspiracy/suspence/action movies

Postby PiXeLaDo » Wed Feb 23, 2011 8:35 pm

Well, yeah, friends are coming over and my movie collection has gotten a bit soft lately.

I need some good horror movies to watch this weekend. Movie we already watched: REC, Poughkeepsie tapes, Disturbia, SAW (still regret about SAW 3D), The Unborn.

I dont mind good classics but dont suggest stuff like freddy and jason.

What? Freddy and Jason are too scary for you, huh?

get:
Dawn of the Dead
Zombieland
Resident Evil movies
The Gingerbread Man
Flight of the living dead
The Wicker Man (The remake, duh)
And Dracula 2000

There. You're in for a night of true horror. Your bros will literally sh*t themselves.

You got two point wrong. First, freddy and jason are too old, we all have watched them before, and second, I dont have brothers haha.

Dawn of the Dead -> already have it.
Zombieland -> more lulz than screams.

the rest of that list remains unknown to me thogh, lets see if beetches can handle. Thanks

Anyone else?

Not exactly horror, but in a similar vein, Shutter Island. More of a thriller, but it's easily one of the best films to come out of the past decade.

Nice, gonna check it out.
EDIT: yay! Found a decent x264 rip. The plot looks interesting too

I forgot to ask if Faster and Unstoppable were worth to download.
We also like psyco manipulation movies such as Phonebooth.

Shutter Island is absolutely fantastic, be sure to watch that.
Somewhat in the same category (as in: extreme tense thriller/psycho manipulation movies): Arlington Road.

Ok, I'll write that down.

Action/suspense/thriller is fine too.

Inception was good too, as well as the Departed.

Inception had plenty of time on iMDBs top list. I read whe whole plot and everything but never actually watched it, though never heard about The Departed.

How is Inception even close to a horror?
