The Instru-mentals - Experimental Procedures

Postby estemshorn » Mon May 31, 2010 10:59 pm

Hey everybody! I've had a boring week-long ban, but I guess I deserved it.
During that ban, my new album came out, but due to me being b&, metallicaholic666 being internet-dead, and no one else willing to post this, I had to wait til today.

I bet you didn't even listen to any of the album before posting this.

Not saying that if you had listened to it, you'd be like "omfg this is AWESOME", but you would have more of a comment than ":|"

I'm going to bypass the assumption of you liking it so much that you don't know what to say, and assume you are being nice by not epically flaming me on how lame and sucky this is.

Reason 4? Sounds a crapload like it.

It's not bad, and cool that you know how to put music together without completely breaking key like a lot of other players. I was expecting a full band though, you should get Guitars/Bass/Drums.

My only real complaint is that a lot of it sounded sequenced and repetitive.

No, FL Studio 9.

as for guitars, bass, and drums, I'm actually trying to learn how to play guitar. I can somewhat read tabs, but I don't have a guitar, and I don't know like any of the basic playing techniques or anything.

If i do ever learn how to shred, I will most certainly not be making techno, rather I would make metal, classic rock, or some other type of rock.

On the other hand, I'm also trying to save up for a drumset, preferably an electronic one, so it'd be easier for recording.

thanks for the criticism though, I'll try not to be so repetitive (especially with the god damn drums lol)

Youd don't "make classic rock".

You make rock, and if it is deemed a classic in its art form and stands up against a certain period of time and still retains its quality, then it is classic. Same goes for any kind of art.

But on the intended note, I will check out later.

I loled.

Any way, sounds better than before, as stated above, more instruments would probably make it sound better, or at least make them shorter and cooler like megaman boss themes...just personal preferences
