Sounds like Duckmeister.

Seriously, I don't understand who proposes these stupid, idiotic ideas... if you harm another business, namely Apple and Microsoft since they lead the market for portable music, you're hurting the WHOLE economy, which is the last thing we need right now. And just think of all the people who think it's ridiculous also. You'd have the same effects of prohibition.

Goodbye FoF-FF. We will miss you.

I love it when the goverment comes up with ideas that everyone knows is going to hurt the economy. I love how the government tries to make themselves look smart when all they do is hurt themselves.

Political organisations - Destroying all music scenes since 2011.

That makes me think, IF such thing would really happen, I can imagine a lot of punk bands making protest and sharing their songs for free.

vedi's right.

first time I've ever said that, but he actually is.

If it were to be enforced, pretty much half of the US would be in jail.

Everyone would be. This includes anyone who BOUGHT a CD at a store and ripped the music off of it to play on their MP3 player (everyone has done that at one point).

This makes about as much sense as banning Marijuana, there's no way to enforce it.
I mean yeah, a few people would get sent away as 'examples' to the rest of us, but the great majority of the population, won't even care.

Seriously this.

You also have to face up to the responsibility of doing said illegal things but fundamentally the freedom to do such things is at the core of basic human rights.

Yup. I have the freedom to go shank a **** but I have to take responsibility for my action the same way if I was to order a cheeseburger.

Don't bring ware-ridden laptop/music player to an airport/government office, and you're lookin' good.

Until they do house-to-house searches.

I don't see how warez are illegal, the internet is not a part of any country. I don't need a passport to go to European websites.

How can they tell a music player is ware-ridden?

Just say you have a loooooot of music. Also, do they check at airports?
