"Freestyle" Image Cropper?

I guess you'd call it "freestyle.."
It's where instead of like, being limited to just square cropping, you can "pencil crop," I guess you could say.
Pretty much, I wanna be able to trace around the part of an image I want, rather than being forced to include small snip-its of the surrounding area behind it.
I just need an online place to do this at for images, or a free software, or something.

Anyone?

Alright, I'll download it and give it a shot.

I downloaded Gimp, and it turns out that I'm not good and figuring out how to use the program itself, let alone crop some corners out of some pictures.
So, I'll just ask someone to help me with this.
I'm making a Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 graphics mod for Guitar Star on my PSP.
I've got everything finished, including the buttons, but I need them cropped out. Simply because, it looks like a button with a white box around it coming down the fretboard. lol

Anyway, can someone help me?

I don't have enough talent or steadiness with the mouse to crop something to the level of perfection that I would've preferred. lol
So, I just had someone do it for me.
