...to keep in shape?

At night while watching SportsCenter I curl 20 pounds. I may as well, considering I'd just lie around anyways.

I walk to school and I usually walk my dog like every other night for about an hour. So I probably walk a mile every other day at least.

I don't look like i'm in the greatest shape, but pretty much i get forced to do a lot of heavy lifting. I want to start running again soon though. I got to keep my legs in shape i don't have a lot of upper body strength

Well, drums builds muscle (especially with my drum teacher). I do Taekwondo, too (1st degree black :p). I also walk to/from school.

If you don't have a lot of upper body strength you should try lifting smaller weights and gradually build your way up to heavy lifting. I tried heavy lifting before the 10-pound dumbbell and it didn't get me anything besides pain. If you take it one step at a time (hell, even just the dumbbell every night) you will get lots of arm muscle.

I play football! So, I lift everyday and practice for at least 3 hours a day.
But, I still eat and drink whatever I want so it doesn't really do much. :thumbdown:

When I'm not in season I lift every day and run a mile every night. Sometimes two... it depends on the mood of my runningbuddy.
