I actually think I could run to school, but then, I have to wake up earlier, run in the cold weather, get sweaty, have a huge backpack on my back, and still be able to follow all classes throughout the day.

So no.
I actually did walk home one day, cause I lost my bike keys, lol.

I just eat less.

Well I bought a bowflex lol. Since I have, it's been around 4 or 5 months and I have gained 20 pounds. So normal work outs seem to do just fine. I have a plan but I don't think you are asking that. If I get lazy and stop doing that I normally take walks. That simple
