Post pics of your real drumset!

Postby italianstal1ion » Tue Jun 30, 2009 10:29 pm

Previously a topic about my Roland TD-6, figured I'd change the title to fit the topic replies a little better
I got a pretty good deal on it too, around $500!. I must say an actual electronic drum set is really cool. Once I get it connected to my computer, I can say goodbye to my cracked missing-hits P.O.S. rock band set! And they're so much quieter!

Its awesome. Anyone else use electronic drum sets around here? (I do need a little advice on hooking it up to the computer and using it for FoF  )

This is what it looks like (because I know everybody cares so much  ).

I've always wanted an electronic drum set (not an RB or GH one  ). Maybe when I get a job, but I doubt it since I have an acoustic one. I did play some at Guitar Center though, and man are those fun to play.

Looks cool.

Yoyo, do your sticks break often? Those toms seem like they are kind of tilted a bit much.

And what is this, post your drum set thread?

They aren't imo, any other angle makes it nearly impossible to hit during a fill, and no, I have not broken a stick yet.

Well, it does depend on the drummer. Mine are tilted less than that, but they aren't near flat.

I wanted a TD-9, but I don't have the money for it. Mesh heads are expensive!
That's a really nice set Typhus.
Its cool that acoustic sets can be made into electronic sets, but its like having an e-drum kit without the compact size and carrying ease. Looks pretty cool, besides being beat to hell :tongue2:

Yes, it is a brand no one knows. Yes, that is a Trivium sticker where a bass pad should be. Yes, the Hi-Hat stand does suck. Yes, that is a RB pedal in the background.
