I cannot link you but... Use Image Video machine, it has a FPS option, extension, selectable parts of video and stuff.. Someone putted once one Renamer on this forum and i use that for renaming the stages to stage001, stage002 and stuf.. U can use irfan view for resizing multiple pictures and renaming multiple files too..

Use Xilisoft Video Converter it can covert every file known to man. The trial is free but its bassicly the full version except it keeps telling you to register
