If the typical proxy sites don't work (i.e. ones that people tell you to use) then google search for "ip tunnel", "anonymous surfing", etc. Anything that promotes anonymity typically works against school filters.

There's tons of www proxy sites out there. One of them is bound to work.
Use the Search feature first to find answers to your questions. Chances are that they have been asked before!

You could go the extra mile:

Get a thumb drive and put some batch files to run a remote proxy.

That's if they don't disable USB ports...

Our school is fun coz they don't put any restrictions on the computers. On days we use the computers, everybody's just chatting or playing games :D

Once I opened one of the comps to find that it had like, FoF, a Quake 3 demo, a CS demo and like 10 other games installed. AND a big porn picture as the desktop background :D

If I knew back in school what I know now, I would have all kinds of fun messing with those proxies and other restrictions.

ya i kinda wish i went to school so i could mess with there computers! :) i would probably make my own account (well named "student account") and make that one the admin and change theres to restrictive! :p even though they would be able to get around it! :laugh:

Haha, you can all dream of doing this. I'm actually in a position where I can do such things to approx. 2500 people. At a hospital though, not a school.
Its just like life. Quite interesting in parts, but no substitute for the real thing.

EDIT: And my friend created a folder in a folder in a folder... in the end it's either a shortcut back to the first folder or fake virus.
