Nintendo:
I like a lot of the songs from the Mario, Kirby, and F-Zero games.

Sega:
I like the soundtracks for the modern Sonic games. (It Doesn't Matter, Escape from the City, Live and Learn, Open Your Heart, What I'm Made Of, and His World all come to mind)

Harmonix:
I just like the Guitar Hero and Rock Band games. =P

I'm going with Ape/Nintendo for the soundtrack of Earthbound. One of my personal favorites.

Also the FFVI soundtrack is great too, and good soundtrack + heavy rock = fantastic... so the Black Mages are a plus for me too.
