Wii's graphix are a little better than gamecubes. Not that it matters, the wii is more about its gameplay. Most 3rd party games suck (Just like gamecube)
but when nintendo releases a 1st party game the gameplay is ****.

Yeah, Ninty never figured out how to use 3rd parties very well, which is why they "lost" the last generation. Of course, I think they were the only ones who ever made a profit.
As for the hardware on the wii, what you'll usually hear is that it's two gamecubes. They really didn't focus on graphics, and it shows, but the gameplay focus really pays off. I'd much rather pay $50 for good, fun games than $60 for shiny, unplayable games.

Burnout Revenge is even shinier than 3, and is even more playable, imo... But hey, that's going offtopic :p

Burnout Revenge was a dissapointment compared to Burnout 3: Takedown - atleast imo. I mean seriously, Traffic Attack? That just takes all the fun out of dodging the traffic which you had to do in Takedown. Many of the tracks are made ridiculously so that you can't see a big metal tower that's coming up until you've driven straight into it.
I did like the Crashbreaker races and eliminator, though.. There's some other stuff that's good aswell. If they put those good things and mixed them with the stuff in Takedown, we'd get a unbelievably good game-

And sorry for the ongoing offtopicness :) I just had to say this.

Nintendo lost the last generation? What about the Dreamcast?

Traffic Attack = using Boost like a idiot

Btw, I wouldn't put Dreamcast at pair with that whole generation of consoles... It's just not fair...

I know... we all want it to. But you have to move on, Amp.

I say that, but my DC is still hooked up to my TV right now. I don't play on it all too often, but it sure is a little beast. :D

Well, the dreamcast failed partially becausse it was between generations, I've always considered it next to the N64 and the PS1.

I never really got into Shenmue. I like RPGs and everything, but the version I had was one that I'd downloaded and burnt myself, and the audio had ****** up. Which kinda ruined the experience. If I had a real copy I probably would've enjoyed it more.

Even so, Soul Calibur and Power Stone 2 would still probably blow it out of the water. :D
