I have only tried it once, never touched it since.

I do drink however and this can badly cloud your judgement, from what I remember about trying weed was it was about 3 or 4 times worse than having a heavy drinking session.

It is a killer, and a study conducted in Canada have conclusive evidence that cannabis contains a significant amount more toxins than your average cigarette. It contains 20 times more ammonia than a cigarette (ammonia is a carcinogen), five times more hydrogen cyanide (causes heart disease), five times more nitrogen oxides than cigarettes (causes lung damage).

Long term major effects have no full conclusive evidence at the moment but Short term effects have got conclusive medical evidence. Effects such as short-term memory and attention loss, loss of motor skills and dexterity, reduced reaction time, and lower abilities to perform skilled activities can be hazardous to human life if combined with potentially hazardous activities such as driving.

I would never tell someone whether or not they should or shouldnt smoke it as its a personal choice, I would just point out the conclusive evidence that shows it does have a negative effect on the human body and organs.

Well thats my two cents worth anyway.

Ive gotten stoned a few times. Never by myself, only ever with mates at a party just becuase we can. Last time I did it me and mate ended up making a bowl of mac and cheese scooped it onto a breadroll that allready had barbequed sausages and sauce all over it.

I must say I havent tasted anything better to this day.

People who claims pot is an addiction is ignorant. It's not addicting. At all. I've smoked well over a dozen times and I've never craved it. Some rules to go by is 1) Never do it by yourself and 2) Never buy more than a dime at a time.

Just grab a dime and go see a movie with a friend or something. It's a lot more fun. I'm also sick of straight-edged people acting all high-and-mighty by handing out life lessons of how "pot is bad". Well, pot isn't that bad. There's many worse things out there.

But, I'm going to be honest. Ever since I've smoked, I feel a bit "lighter" in the head at school. I have a hard time paying attention and I don't do as well on tests. But at the start of the year I acquired insomnia - and I think lack of sleep is much more likely to cause these things than smoking, so I blame the insomnia.

Insomnia could be the cause. I seriously doubt that very occasional smoking could cause such a noticeable effect. Especially the lack of focus, because pot can help you focus. As a matter of fact, that's why many people with ADHD are daily pot smokers. Anyways, the only proven effect of chronic, continuous smoking is short-term memory loss. Lack of sleep is a proven cause of lack of focus. My advice, try and get 8 hours of sleep a night.

Reactions may differ depending on the person. Obviously, you don't get addicted to pot. Some people are, yaknow

Technically THC is only mentally addictive, as in the lack of THC in your system is incapable of causing withdrawals. With some people though, it is possible to have a mental addiction. This is NOT the same thing as the kind of addiction associated with Cigarettes, Cocaine, and Heroin.

This is what happens when you smoke pot.

On the news

Now, think before you smoke! Unless you want this to happen to you.

If I could find the auction, then maybe I'd believe it. It is a possibility though, this was around christmas so everyone's wanting it for a christmas present and going out trying to get it.

I'd do that if my son was smoking pot. Then again I'm too young to be thinking that far into the future, and then again I don't want children so I probably won't have to deal with this kind of problem.
