Well we're not currently testing Rockband (although that could happen in the future).
Most of the GH3 tracks aren't publically announced yet, so because of my NDA I can't tell you the rest - actually I shouldn't even have told you that One is in GH3 8[
I hope no one will track this down... *scared*
YMS is right, although we're only testing the 360 and PS3 versions atm.
Sorry for the disappointment but as I said... I want to keep my job.
BTW: there's no Megadeth song as of now. (nothing is final yet so that can still change)

I didn't actually look much into the game as I'm not on it's project, I just sometimes stop by there and/or catch the gossip in the canteen.
speaking of which: Germans rejoice, there are (at least?) two German bands in GH3
