No it isn't, as far as I can tell. It's not a complete theme though.

Actually there are images in it, I just went ahead and downloaded it. Quite honestly..
This is probably one of the worst theme modifications I've seen. =/

Do you even know how the main menu image works? When "Solo" was selected it was small, but when I selected something else, solo grew... not really expected as everything else had some weird effect too (options for example jumped away in some odd manner).

Look at the loading background:

(note: due to the quality of this image I'm not going to bother using a real image host, and just used image bin as I can drop images there much much faster)

Sorry to cut you down like that, but I don't think that there's any reason to share your work unless you feel any pride in doing so (knowing that at least someone will like it). That doesn't seem to be the case here.

• drumfrets.png I can't see anything that differs here... though I don't have the rock band graphics to compare with atm

• kill1.png some weird extra lines I think, nothing special and I doubt it looks any good in game...
• loadingbg.png in case the image is already down when someone reads this. the word "loading" present at the top over a full red background (#FF0000). there's also some white diddly loop in the middle...

  • maintext.png probably the weirdest graphics.. nothing special about it except for the solo... the "hover" state is smaller than the non hover, which is not the case with the others..
