Re: METALLICA - ANIMATED BACKGROUND
You need to take the files out of the rar file and put them in a folder in the stages folder. You should end up with something like this:
<themename>/stages/<stagename>/stage01.png, etc.
<themename>/stages/<stagename>/stage01.png, etc.

Re: METALLICA - ANIMATED BACKGROUND
display settings > stage settings > animated stage
this setting should have options for any folders that are in the stage folder of the current theme. I assume you are using the theme that you put the stages in? And that you started FoFiX after putting the images in the correct folder? (I know it sounds stupid, but it doesn't hurt to check these things)

This is really confusing me.
When I go to skin selection, it just gives me: Default, Random, and None
My Skins folder:
Inside the skin that I want to add:

Your stages folder is set up correctly. Right below "stage selection" should be the setting "animated stage" which is set to "slideshow" by default. This should have the option "stages_james"

Hi..Guys..Sorry for this
i'm in other country without PC & internet connection.
So i can't control this link for now.
Maybe next week im here again :)
n thank's for ur all feedback, im so apreciated for u all :)
[using mobile phone with suck internet connection]
--- EDIT ---

here is
Make sure you have FoFiX. Put the whole folder to <fofix path>/data/themes/<theme name e.g. Guitar Hero III>/stages/<folder you downloaded>
The animated bg only work with the theme where you put them in.
* Static Stages : Random
* Animated Stages : Slideshow
* Stage Slideshow : In Order
* Slideshow Delay : 1
* Stage Animation : off
make sure ur old stages has been delete (backup 1st if u still like) n then put the new stages
--- EDIT ---
i don't know dude...i'm not a professional animator
i'm just grab the animation from the trailer on this game [ GH Metallica ]
maybe u must start to search something like school with animation classes i think.
good luck

I was an art major at university and took many drawing classes but didn't take any animation classes(they weren't available at the time). I would like to try a job as an animator, what should I do? Go back to school?
