Is it a possible to change how EOF marks lyrics, having it got from one Beat to another seems more reasonable and there wont be as many issues with it.

the issuse i did have were the 1st word getting cut off and pitchless vocals not showing up. I have fixed them all, but i had to move the first lyric back a bit then remark the phrase. Its more a pain then anything. (pitchless vocals were my fault)

That's a known issue with FoFiX, you might want to star it so the devs may fix it:

Is there anyway you guys can have us be able to put slider notes down? I was thinking since you make a crazy note long, if it wasn't long, could it be slider? I also think there should be another way of doing it becuase extended sliders (as first seen in GHVH).

Say I charted vocals but at parts it goes off the octave, what do I do, leave it like that (as in, it will still work properly in-game) or do I adjust it so all of the notes fit?

Please clarify what you mean. If you mean that in-game, the vocal notes are drawn outside the vocal tube area, then that's a known bug in FoFiX. I'm not sure if it's on the bug tracker yet though, I couldn't immediately find it. If you mean that the song's vocals has pitches that go outside Harmonix's allowed pitch range of 36 to 84, then you'll have to just change their octave to fit, or those pitches will probably not work in-game.

They go off the current octave. Do I adjust it? Or do I leave it like that?

You can leave them as is. Any lyric with a pitch above or below the current "view" in the piano roll area is rendered in red to let you know it's outside the visible area. You can adjust the visible area with any of the methods described in the vocal tutorial.
