gamexprt1, you can upload files > 100 MB size to MediaFire, do you? I can't. So RapidShare was the only choice I had.

blazingamer, awesome graphics there. Will use it now and add it to the next theme update if you don't mind.
Added your post links to the first post for now.

I have a question about creating mods. When I'm working with notes.png in paint.net and mod it and then save it as a .png and put the setting thing to automatic and then run FOF. The game now crashes when I start a song.

Same happens when I edit any graphic in a theme.. =/

ugo i just noticed this.. Idk if this is an already-reported bug, but here it is: The Tier's title is totally invisible when it's not selected. Check this

I think it can be solved easily, maybe changing the font's color :p

Cheers

EDIT: It was already reported.. sorry about that :;):

Hotfix: [Media Fire Link - 2 Mb]
- Removed un-needed graphics.
- Smoothed out score counter.
- Lowered many file-sizes.
- Resized some graphics to fit better.
- Added optional variations of other graphics.
- Fixed career text color.

Thanks for the fix.

I personally don't how like solo neck looks like (they are made nicely, I just don't like the resulting look). I haven't seen how actual RB2 solos look like, but if they use similar orange neck than it's a damn shame. The blue neck used in RB1 is way better.

Also considering the new rock meter by Blazing. It's totally cool, but (not mentioning the full image being a bit longer which is not a real problem) the full image needs to be worked on. Right now it does not look that great. I'm talking about fires and sparkles.

Will continue my work this weekend.

Alucard0691, by the look of your screenshot I can see that you use my "old" RB2 theme.

So I recommend using LATEST MFH-Alarian Mod (currently v2.985 and latest Theme). It will most certainly solve your problem.

Just want to let people know, running the self-extracting .exe file in Wine works just find for getting the data files and using them in Linux. ;)

Great job man, really. Awesome.

MistTribe, image resolution must be exactly same as original. Also try switching between 8bit/24bit/32bit/Auto encoding when saving (different images require different setting). It sometimes helps.
This was a real pain in the ass for me till I figured it out. Now everything works fine for me and my Paint.NET.

Lysdestic, thanks.

I use the latest version of Alarian and the latest version of Rockband 2 Theme, from you Signature in this thread. I will look around my files and stuff, maybe I find a way to fix it...

Alucard0691

I really tried everything: Latest Alarian, latest Rockband 2 Theme with Hotfix. When I play with the MFHrb theme everything works fine...i guess its something with the Theme. I tried reinstalling everything but it didnt work...

This theme is fine. Notes on my PC and 200+ people that downloaded it seem to be fine too.

Try deleting fretsonfire.ini from your FoF Folder.

I use Frets on Fire MFH-Alarian Mod v2.986 + This theme.

Yeah... it was actually a known issue

The drum notes aren't there, so it loads regular drum notes, then some sort of notes :S

I guess they're not in the right place

Here's a light version. Also, if you could host it yourself that'd be great because I don't really like hosting things other people have done.

Light Version
-No "beta" files, this means that when you set RB themes to be beta it won't do anything and look the same, doesn't bother me because I don't use beta and it saves space to get rid of it.
-Includes gamexpert's hotfix
-2 stages, Default and practice
-1 main menu song, E-Pro
-Contains fixed drum notes and frets

What is the point of the Beta RB option? Is it just so you can have the option to have 2 themes in one? Since I dont think anyone uses it and it could be removed to save space.
