No, there's no disabling that.

Any particular reason you want to disable it?

-Alex

I dont want to be reminded of the songs i am neglecting and the ones which ive played 100 times. Its sort of a obsessive/compulsive thing. For some reason, it bothers me.

I thought there would have been a simple thing to change in the code to get rid of it.

Oh well.

Anyway, while Im here, I might as well extend my gratitude for this excellent mod. Fantastic work Alex. It's the stuff of champions.

About the quality, I saved it by paint to .gif format.
If you don't believe it, try it yourself!

I'll check this out and find out the definitive answer.

It could be the 'removing tails' option

What version of RF-mod are you using? are you using anything in addition to it?

-Alex

some empirical tests tell me it's the keystyle not the HOPO. Something is scoring slightly differently with RFmod and RFmod2 keystyles.

I'll need to narrow it down more, but my guess is it's the held notes. Should be easy enough to fix for the next version.

need help. i had FoF version 1.2.512, and i tried to download RF mod 4.15 along with Ultimate coffee's mod. it changed the keys and notes, but nothing else. i uninstalled FoF cus your mod seemed to be a stand-alone, but now i have no songs and no songs file. so i can't select a songs directory. what do i do?? if it doesn't support FoF 1.2.512, does anyone have the link to the 2nd latest version of FoF?

I think "compilation" refers to Ultimate Coffee version 2 or any other mod that takes different mods (such as RF-4 and Coffee, Raph, etc.) and puts them into one program that allows you to access all the features of the individual mods. I have noticed that the Ultimate coffee mod v. 2 does not have a songs folder, so you can do one of two things:

1) You can just keep your full version of 1.2.512 and leave all the songs in the song folder and under the settings menu find the RF-mod settings. Click it and go to "Game settings" then to "Select Song Library" and you just have to direct it to the folder where all your songs are. (Make sure you have right .ini file).

2) The other option is to create a "songs" folder in the data directory and copy all of your songs into the new "songs" folder where you installed the mod. Then follow the things I outlined in part one to find the directory, and you are set. Honestly, I think you can have the folder anywhere, as long as you tell FoF where to look for it.

FYI, I tried putting the folder in a non-FoF location, and it didn't work, so it seems that you have to have the "songs" folder in a FoF "data" folder somewhere.
The deal with the .ini file is talked about in a ton of other threads on this forum, so I won't go over it again. Just do a search and read about it. The key is to make sure that the .ini files match to the right mod.
Done with year 1 of med school! (Finally!)

k. i did option two. reinstalled 1.2.512 and copied the songs into the stand-alone mod. it worked. :D (i love defy the machine, as it's the only song i can do 100% on. it and bang bang mystery man)
now i just wish i could copy the RF mod icon to my desktop. it didn't like that and it's a pain to have to open Windows Explorer every time you wanna play. :(

It will be out in the next version.

hey whenever i run the mod, it wont let me do anything with my keyboard, like i cant turn on caps lock and stuff like that, and it wont let me exit or do anything at all

i have tried reinstalling it numerous times, getting rid of all the mods, and i tried reinstalling the original FoF to see if that would work, but it still doesnt

does anybody know how to fix this or have any suggestions?

If the original FoF doesn't work for you, then it's not a RF-mod issue.
