I just looked at some files of your "compilation", and rf-mod's diffs folder and file should not be included, this diffs file is to patch the source with the changes RF made to the game, but it's not representative of your mod which contains much more changes. It's like if capo included only the source of the cmod 5 with the version 5.21.
If someone would want to use the file, he would end up with something different than what you packed together.
People also do not need your fretsonfire.exe.log (or "whatever name your .exe is.exe.log")
