Re: MFH Mod (FoFiX) 3.0xx (v3.030)
Since 3.30 I have this issue with worldrave's GH3 theme v3:

I don't think it's GH3 theme because before 3.30 it worked correctly... I've already tried deleting fretsonfire.ini, reinstalling patch etc but problem remains... anyone else has this problem?

Re: MFH Mod (FoFiX) 3.0xx (v3.030)
Get his latest GH3 theme. That black text recently was given it's own theme.ini color setting.
FoFiX Alpha testers - try SVN r405, should fix issue 285 (improper starpower disable behavior) for good.

Re: MFH Mod (FoFiX) 3.0xx (v3.030)
The matter is that I already have last version... BTW thanks to your suggestion I fixed it replacing the value "fail_text_color = #000000" inside theme.ini with
"fail_text_color = #ce8000". So if someone else has this issue changing this value it'll work correctly.

You are not an alpha tester, or you'd know what that means.
Anyone who has experience converting songs to create a custom console GHx or RBx game disc that preserves starpower paths, I need your help:
issue 107

RB1 patch downloads fine for me, just tested it.
Figure - In case you'd like to become a FoFiX Alpha tester, which requires some effort on your part, here's a quote from the first post:

(bonus... since 3.030 doesn't require Amanith anymore, you can skip a couple steps. This also means that rebooting shouldn't even be a required part of the process anymore!)
Re: MFH Mod (FoFiX) 3.0xx (v3.030)
@MFH
On the failed color. There was no seen changes of a new theme.ini color, but only the following-
Issue 228 - Separate the "# Hits / %" Failed screen line's color selection separate from the song selection 'song title selected' color.
OK, instead of setting the "Fail completed text color" to "song title selected"
it now shares a color with "Fail text color" which makes more sense.
Fixed in r374.
But it looks like it's actually sharing the same color as "fail_text_color". At least that's how it's it acting currently. When the value of fail_text_color is changed, this "# Hits / %" line's color also reflects this value.
@Simograndi
By changing that value might change the color from black, but that will now mess up the proper colors of the unselected text below in the box since they are currently shared. Please wait for a proper code change to resolve this issue. Thanks

Oh.... so we do need a completely new setting for the in-game failed % text color?
(hopefully someone still reads that I need assistance learning how MIDI starpower paths work, that request is already buried)

@MFH
I don't think it's a must, I was just pointing out that you mentioned in the issue fix was that the "# Hits / %" line would now share the color value of 'song selected' but it is not behaving that way, and is ACTUALLY sharing the color value of 'fail text color'. Maybe it was a small mistake when you were making that code change. Either way would work. I'm guessing when you made that issue change, you might have accidentally pointed it to the wrong text line color value, or maybe the commit didn't properly take. So if that would be easier to fix, versus making a new theme settings. Whichever is easier for you, either way is fine.

No, I just went and looked at the issue again, I did what I said I did. It used to share with 'song selected text' - now it shares with 'fail text'. That was what I intended, as it made sense to me.
However, I'd rather make it a separate setting seeing as to how much confusion this has caused.
