So I'm trying to get GH like flames for the keys..

How do I go about adding flames to the "note hitting" animation? or replacing the glow with flames?

I looked through the topic "TEH FIRES MOD" but apparently it isnt compatible with rf mod 3.5... which i wouldn't dare to get rid of.

is it as simple as copy and pasting some files?

You either get flames OR RF-Mod. Not both. Unless you want to write the code to make them work together. They might be in the next RF-Mod, this is not confirmed.

Capo's mod, and I think RF-Mod have flames now, but at the time that this thread was started, only my mod had the flames.

My mod is no-longer supported, as I don't play FoF anymore myself, and the other mods have achieved better flame effects than I had made.
