FoFIX Crashing!

Hello, I have this problem with FoFIX 3.35 beta 2, so... sometimes (1 in 2 songs!) im just playing along, and then woosh! the window closes! here's the error:

Fatal Python error: (pygame parachute) Segmentation Fault

and furthermore, when i play the normal 3.30, instead of crashing, i can't press anything, and the notes keep coming, but I can't do anything, so i have to go into the system monitor and "Kill Process" which is very annoying becasue i can't finish my song!

please note that i'm:
running it in windowed mode at 800*600 even though my screen is 1024*768 (i REALLY dont think this matters though)
i breaks under all of the themes (RB2, GH3, GHWT, my Secret Maryo theme)
and... i use Ubuntu Linux!

I used to have the freezing thing happen to me a while ago. It happened when certain key combinations were pressed (alt+enter is the only example I can think of atm). Try to see if you're accidentally hitting some other button that may be doing it.
Of course, this is only a theory at the moment.

alright... thanks, and i noticed at the start 5 secconds where the numbers are coming, if i just press enter, it crashes, as weell as when i'm using jurgen

yes... i believe that's it, i think it's whenever i press /enter\ without pressing a /F#\ key....

Actually, that definately should not happen...
Have you got "Ignore Open Strums" On or off? (I forget where the setting is exactly)
