When you have down loaded a mfh, foxfix, alarain, whatever....
how would you send of get it to work with Fof

It is standalone just extract with winrar and play.

Delete your old FoF and then extract this to a different folder don't merge it.

Run it. It looks like the "installer" version that uncompresses the files to a directory of your choosing. Just make sure it creates a new directory instead of installing into an existing FoF folder.
