ok i pretty much just found out about FoF.
i downloaded it and everythng it is a really cool game for being free but i have no clue on how to mod. i was never able to mod any games before.
so i downloaded the RF-MOD 4 and now the game doesnt really work. i know i am probably supposed to extract something to something else but i dont know how.
if someone could tell me how or something for some kind of help would be well appreciated.

I figure everyone should get one free nooby question before being told to search etc.. so typically we would recomend the guides on the wiki site--but here are some tips to help you:
I recommend using a complete mod, rather than using the download and then adding a mod if you are new. A complete mod called compilation is ready to play once you add songs to it and you do not have to worry about how to activate or install a mod.
download the Alarian 2.7 complete mod from one of the threads in this forum. This mod will have everything thing but the songs. Under the alarain\data folder you will want to put your songs folder and place the songs you download in there.
