Yes you can.
It is possible, Hering has a tutorial. Even though the tutorial was made for his mod, I can assure you the same technique works on FoFiX.

You can fret guitar with Freetar, convert to MIDI and then hack the MIDI with an editor. That said, the chart will still be horrible if authored in Freetar Editor. If you want to make anything worthwhile you'll want to use one of the following:

thanks! and dont worry, i only make junk with freetar just for my amusment. i will never let my self release a song created by freetar

No... that doesn't justify it... it's easier to make junk on EoF or FeedBack. There's no excuse for freetar and in that respect, it's kinda like cancer.
