whats the best frets on fire-like homebrew for the psp

Postby macgyver1102 » Sat Sep 18, 2010 11:48 am

i have gione through many frets on fire equivalencesand all of the are pretty much buggy

the most popular would be guitar star but have you guys heard of any others, on guitar star the note of the songs i downloaded from these forums
viewtopic.php?t=30926&sid=178ba1cb84af5c6559b8027e653b0a02#Downloadable_Content
viewtopic.php?t=32009

are off sync from the song, is there a possibility that the fact that the midi includes the solo sections and the lyrics are causing the problem how do i remove those, also to conserve a little bit of cpu power i combined the files rythm.ogg song.ogg and drums.ogg into one called song.ogg just like the sample

is there a solution to getting guitar star working with these songs or have you guys heard of a better homebrew i would like to try them out
thanks for your help guys

Don't combined the oggs, that messes the whole thing up. The songs are from Rock Band 2, they can't possibly be off-sync. :/

what if i combines the oggs and took out the drums, bass and lead guitar noted from the midi file to make things slightly smaller, the custom frets on fire songs only have the guitar notes and nothing else, will this work
