Two Player Battle

So in Rock Band 2, you can't have a two player battle (local) with two different intruments. It has to be the same like 2 guitars or two drums.

So does FoFIX let you play a battle with a guitar and a drum for example or even just two player playing. Me and my brother tried playing by ourselves, but we couldn't find anything two player related other than multiplayer.

So I click on that and every option I choose this happens:

Player one works fine, while player two doesn't. Any intrument playing as Player 2 will not work in any mode in Multiplayer.

I am using the Rock Band 2 mod.

Change the buttons for player 2 in the options.

Also, FoF supports not only 2 seperate instruments IE: P1 Guitar P2 Drums...but 2 of the same instrument. So you can have 2 drum sets hooked up and both play drums. It's not bad for face-off/challenges either as you both get scored and you could base it on stars, score, percent..whatever you want. It works great! Me and my girlfriend face off this way on expert..and yes..........she beats me.
