FoF running slow - any suggestions?

I downloaded the most recent version of FoF and tried to play it, but it's running slow. Take a look at my settings and try to help me on this one please

Mods: LiteGraphics On

Video Resolution - 640x480
Fullscreen Off
FPS - 60
anti-aliasing quality - 2x
SVG Quality low.

if you can make any suggestions that would help, please do so ^^ thanks in advance

Turn off anti-aliasing, and turn FPS to 80

Thank you so much. After i did that, i changed my copmputer's display from Medium (16-bit) to High (32-bit) and it runs perfectly. Thanks again!
