X360 Xplorer.
I think most people use this now since it's easier since it's usb and most people have a 360 by now.

i hate my xplorer...i'm a select pusher...and out of all the guitars i've ever used (les pauls, strats, xplorers, third party, etc.) my favorite is still the ps2 red sg (i played with the black one and there was zero difference so i guess that one too). i was so upset when it finally hit the dust, which by the way wasn't from extensive play, it was accidental.

I am looking around for a cheap, used guitar. Gamestop has the Xplorer for 30 bucks, seems like a good enough deal.

Definately. My SG's been rockin' on for nearly two years now, and the only problems I have with it are the odd fret stick, a squeaky strumbar and the hairband/rubber band fix.

But then I would have to buy a USB adapter and mess with Joy2Key. The adapters don't exist in stores around here (I've looked), so I would have to buy one online. I really just want to plug and play.

I use the PS2's RB controller...

I wish I knew how to make the string mod other than buying the kit for $100 and risk breaking my controller...

This guitar is easier to use for me... I don't know why...
Future Band Name: I need to think it over...
Instrument I will play: Guitar with a Hevy metal sound...
Currently working on a song. Called Sweet Revenge...

You wouldn't have to mess with Joy2Key.

A PSX to USB adapter is treated like a joystick by FOF.

I would still have to find an adapter. I've used the Xplorers and I don't mind them.
