Converting Rock Band into FOF

has this been discussed yet, or are we going to have to wait for a whole new mod to play the guitar charts from them? Just a question, and is anyone willing to upload there data to help us crack it down? I'll see what I can do!

I'm not sure. I'll prob torrent a RB copy for the 360. Is that what was used to rip the GH3 from/

I would assume that the files will be more like GH1 and 2 because this is made by Harmonix and not NeverSoft.

I am getting it right now, and i should have it in a couple days, and I don;t have a 360, so don't scream about illegal torrents, and just buy it, because I can't play it. I just want to rip the songs. Is anyone else going to try this?

It's a .ark and .hdr file like usual. No current programs can open them and I can't tool around with it in a hex editor because it's too large. Good news is the DLC works perfectly. Expect conversions of those shortly.

Edit: I spoke too soon. The .mogg files aren't cooperating.

It's not too large for GHEx, it's just that GHEx isn't made to recognize the Rock Band files yet, otherwise it would work. katamakel over at ScoreHero has already updated GHEx to work with Rock Band, but he only did it to get images of the notecharts for Overdrive usage on the Rock Band message boards. He said he has no plans to release the new version.
