Apparently Viddler is quite a good alternative to Youtube, with much more leniant copyright policies. However, as mentioned already, you won't get the view count that Youtube videos get...

If you want multiple configs, I would simply rename them to fofix1.ini, fofix2.ini and fofix3.ini, deleting each number when you run the game depending on the setup you want to run.
