OCing for those cards is well documented on the web, you just gotta look for the right numbers.

Even with a proprietary format, there's only as much protection as offered by the console. Also, a proprietary disc format is also not a bad design at all. Helps prevent piracy (for awhile) if they have no way of ripping the discs I doubt this, UMD failed to prevent piracy on the PSP (yes, I know you said for a while, but still). Also, wouldnt a proprietary disc drive rise it's price? Wh...
