just restart your comp, it's only a bug in the system, and restarting will reset all files being used

I had this same problem when trying guitar zero 1, even though i decided to use guitar zero 2 for a bit, I changed back to fof just becuase the mods are so much better. and yeah i ahd this problem as well becuase the process was still running when I went to task manager so i just stopped it, not sur...
