No, I didn't want to DOWNLOAD a song from someone else, I wanted to MAKE a song, so I converted the .mp3 to .ogg myself, put it into the songs folder, and then went to Frets on Fire, Make a Song or whatever, import song, data, and once I clicked songs it popped that message up. Whenever I try and go into my songs to import a song, this message pops up saying:

"ascii" codec error can't decode byte 0 X 96 in position 24: ordinal not in range (128)

and then I click okay and then, nothin.
