There's a game called Synthesia that has much of what you're looking for ( http://www.synthesiagame.com/ ). It's 100% MIDI, though, so don't expect audio equal to what Phase Shift + keys can offer. I've been using Synthesia for a few months on my Yamaha keyboard and love it. It's great for learning...

No edit/quote post buttons. I cleared my cache & forced refresh. Still nothing.
Ok, fixed. I would REALLY like to know why that happens....

Re: Quote button gone again.
That happened a few days ago, but I fixed it and it's been good for me since. Try that Ctrl-Refresh, then perhaps logging out and back in and if it's still screwy, shoot me a screenshot.

Re: I can't add a song in Wikidot
First, you'll have to have an account on Wikidot and join the FoF Wiki (the current password to join is 'november'.)
Then, the Edit button will be at the bottom of the page, right above the Help and Terms Of Service links.

We're always watching
Besides, most of you don't see the posts that get denied in the moderator queue. I'm regularly shooting down multitrack posts and such.

Re: Your message contains too few characters.
Well, you did it. The awesomeness of your post blew past the barriers of what phpBB can handle
What I did here is inserted a second post right under yours. You should be able to now edit it as your own, so just split up your existing post into two and you should be fine.

Re: Policy on RB3 Versions?
I see now. I was the one who denied the post it because I initially thought it was a rip of a song FROM RB3  It's not explicitly mentioned in the rules anywhere, but it's discouraged to post an RB3 version of a charted song without the FoF(iX) version. You do know this forum is for the game F...

It's basically the same rules as for multitracks. See: viewtopic.php?f=26&t=52411

Downtime
Hey folks! Welcome back! Sometime on Saturday the 7th, one of the forum tables became corrupt for no reason, taking the whole site down. I fought long and hard with our hoster's support, but they were ultimately useless. Unfortunately, the next most recent backup I made a week prior, on 3/31. What w...

Sorry about that, but it's to keep the spammers away. After 4 posts, the CAPTCHA is no longer necessary

Re: How long will this forum live?
So, what happened with this website a few hours ago? The website redirected to a websecure website saying the admin should contact them asap. The person paying for the hosting (not me) didn't have auto-renew on. Bill has been paid and (obviously) all is well again. rip haha, don't be a dr...

Re: How long will this forum live?
Forums die when no one cares anymore, or aren't willing to pay simple domain and hosting costs. Frets On Fire (and FoFiX) will always be around for people to enjoy and this will always be their home where they can find discussions, support and downloads. The costs of running the site are trivial com...

No worries. I've merged the topics together, but they're still a bit messy. I don't want to lose any of your changes, so please look them over and delete the unnecessary post.
