I am seeing alot of the cases over the CDs in the screenshots, so here's how to fix it. Go to Frets On Fire->data->songs->(song name) and delete label.png

Discovered the problem. I used a program that converted it from a WMA to a MP3, but it was a trial version so it only converted 60% of it. I made the notesheet with Freetar, is there a way I can change the song to the full MP3 or copy the notes?

I'm positive I fretted it all out. When it stops, theres a bunch of notes ahead that you can't do. I'll check if somethings wrong with the song.

I was playing No Hardcore Dancing In The Living Room and it stopped about 3/4 of the way through.
