It's VBPM. Disable it if you don't want sudden changes like that. Note though, that it doesn't change the speed you play the song. So, if the rhythm part is faster, you'll now see notes that are closer together, instead of stretched out.

AFAIK, there's no way to alter the spot's colors yourself, yet, you can only change the ring's color. Though RF has released notes that have blue spots too, that's better than nothing.

2. You can't play the game and play a guitar at the same time.
3. It's not like you play the game with a real guitar.

It'd be awesome if we could get GH I and Encore labels too; I believe a simple logo replacement would be enough, but, guess oed has to do it himself, otherwise we'd be ripping his work unless he gives permission.
