Re: Are band names singular or plural?
Also, class, in the instance that you used it, is a plural noun. What if you say that same sentence with a singular noun. >We are a cup. sounds derpy. "Class" is a collective noun that can be plural or singular depending on the context. "The class agree s ..." ; singular, all th...

Re: Score charts - Listing and how-to's
Yes, the hash used to be a SHA-1 hash of the notes.mid file. In FoFix however the songs hashes are built from the notes-unedited.mid file if it is present, using the notes.mid only if it's not. There's a tool (a python script) to build your songs database coming along sneftrup's scripts called build...

Re: Score charts - Listing and how-to's
By default, the php script only outputs True if the score was successfully added to the database. I tried outputing a number, but that doesn't seem to work. That's all you have to do. Simply echo True or False depending on if it's a new score or not and the rank. In my script I use two variables an...

Re: weird post glitch in Dark Fire
Yes, the problem came from the center tag. changed:
[/collapse]
to:
[/collapse]
It should have messed the "familiar" style up too. It's always better to nest things up correctly even if they don't seem to affect the boards. Incorr...

Re: weird post glitch in Dark Fire
You're right, Lysdestic's signature was "broken". (wink wink)
Watch out guys with tags nesting. We give you much customization possibilities but in return we expect you to make sure you're not breaking the boards ;)
Thanks for reporting.

Re: IRC Problem
It's one of the downsides of web IRC clients like Mibbit, different servers might limit the number of connections allowed by the client. You can try and try again until it works, the widget tries a different server each time (or most of the time) you try to connect. Else, you can try a different cli...

Re: Whats up with the favicon?
Are you using one of the pearl styles? You should have normally seen the favicon after visiting the login page (that uses the default style), not sure what happened. In any case, it should be fixed now.

Re: ridiculous fretting! Can I fix it myself?
Would appreciate any input how do I edit the songs if possible? Thanks You can use EOF to import midi notes files and edit them: https://www.fretsonfire.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=32725 You can easily find tutorials about how to create custom songs in the stickied topics on the forums (htt...

Re: So Australia has a female PM now
Ah, im so use to my own boring political system. I forget how others work (yet i should remember) Canadian and Australian governments share a great deal of similarities. We even have the same queen! ;) We also had a female federal PM once, in 1993. From June 25th to November 4th  I can't thi...

Why do you need right text alignment?
If it's only for fancy posting, I'd rather not add it.
