the chart lack sections,the only way to "fix" that is using a Chart Editor.

have you tried running PS with Intel HD Graphics to see if the stutter are gone? i don't know about NVIDIA drivers and it's issues,but it might have to do with that. I haven't tried that, mainly because I don't want to open the PC because it's a lot of work, if you saw all the things I got plugged ...

you'll just need a "album.png" file inside the song folder,it can be a jpg too,but you'll need to rename it to .png

i always used this programs: audacity to convert in ogg, use feedback to chart, chart2mid to convert in mid, flstudio10 to read the mids from tabs (converted from guitarpro7). i try to use EOF but i really hate it, and found it less precise than feedback... this moonscraper lorr really good for my ...

i'd recommend Moonscraper for adding the extra stuff (forced/tap notes and the like),because the UI is kinda like feedback,supports GH3+/CH extras and and it works natively supports .chart files. But to make it (almost) fully compatible with both Phase Shift and Clone Hero ,I also recommend using EO...

Yesterday i found that bug by setting a .chart file to read-only. To fix that,open the "Songs" folder in properties and untick "Read-only",and if it asks something after you press ok,select "for every folder" or something like that.
