The problem seems to be fixed.
I made new folders for both songs and moved the files into them (same folder name, and the inner files like the midi and ini are untouched), and the problem is gone.

I have no idea what happened before but it's solved now.

You can with the most recent version. Whatever the songs have that make them incompatible with FoFiX is because you are putting them there (i.e. Slide notes, not sure what else FoF doesn't like). Afaik, EOF doesn't add/do anything that creates incompatibility with FoFiX, so keep an eye out to exactl...
