you can try an earlier version of fof,
try fofix
try phashift
or wait until someone else replies with ideas

Check to see if there is a delay tag in the song.ini. (open the song.ini in notepad)
If it is something other than 0, that is the sync problem your talking about. If not, post a reply.

In phase shift, its the same as fof, attempting to support all formats. You create a song called preview.ogg that has all of the audio you want in your preview, keep it in the folder with the rest of the song.
