Watched your vid, same thing happened me the other day when downloading a RAR from mediafire. Delete all your browsing history and Restart your computer and it should work fine the next time you try, at least it did for me anyway.

To do a bar off 3/8 i would either 1:go with a bar of 3/4 at twice the tempo ex. a bar of 3/8 at 140 bpm = a bar of 3/4 at 280 bpm 2:go with two bars of 1/4 with the 1st one normal tempo and the second bar double tempo ex. a bar of 3/8 at 140b bpm = 1 bar of 1/4 at 140 bpm and 1 bar of 1/4 at 240bpm...
