Does this release solve the problem I (and someone else) have with the notes being out of sync (regardless of what av sync setting used)

I have installed and am using the new version and it's working fine now.

Just checking, but make sure you're changing the A/V delay in appropriate increments, like differences of 50-100

Do you have a dual core processor? And if so have you tried changing the affinity of the process to only use one core.

I find when I'm playing the game I have to hit notes just before they appear in the right place to hit them on screen. Does anyone know what setting should be changed to solve this.

I read another message where I discovered that having a dualcore processor causes problems with fof. So i changed the affinity, and now I can go back to the folders for songs. Problem solved

Nope, already tried that just takes me back to the main menu.
