Yeah well ive downloaded the GH: Aerosmith mod, its in the mod folder, and in the game i switch it to on, apply settings and nothing happens. now what??

There are many different FoF mods- i see them all over the place, but have no idea how to get them. My favorite mod is the actual GH one; i've seen it used before.
My only problem is WHERE to get them! Anyone with links, tips, advice on how to use them, or even new mods, PLEASE post here!!
