Re: RB / GH Clone to support all peripheral types

Would reversed extended sustains (high long notes with lower notes within the high long note(s)) that were playable in Guitar Hero Live be supported? So far, the only GH/RB clone that managed to do this is Clone Hero.

Re: EOF 1.8b20 - Now with slider, hi hat & rim shot support

Okay. And it has been almost two whole months since DWSK updated Phase Shift. I don't know what the devs are doing. Probably something big. Well, I will keep the song on my MediaFire account until there is a solution.

Re: EOF 1.8b20 - Now with slider, hi hat & rim shot support

If you can send me your chart files for the song, I'll try it out and see if I can find any problems. Here is the first song from the Call of Duty: Black Ops (Zombies Soundtrack) that I was trying to test the slider notes. The chart is incomplete but this is just a TEST RUN with Guitar with Sliders...

Re: EOF 1.8b19 - Now with slider, hi hat & rim shot support

You might need a newer release of Phase Shift, version 0.91 lists support for the slide markers that this beta series of EOF uses. I first tried it in Phase Shift v0.92. The slides did not show up and I am pretty sure that I copied the chart over. I am going to test a new song with sliders to see i...

Re: EOF 1.8b19 - Now with slider, hi hat & rim shot support

Huh, I guess that Phase Shift does not support the slide notes from EOF yet because I added sliders in a song and played it on Phase Shift and they don't show up as dark notes.

Re: FoFiX song at Phase Shift

Yes. FoFiX and Phase Shift share the song file names and the INI values. If you play both, you can just use only one music folder for both games (by changing song destination). Phase Shift is completely compatible with FoFiX songs.

Re: EOF 1.8b13 - Now with five lane drum support

*Implements a new custom phrase marker system for use with future releases of Phase Shift. Open strum bass notes now use a notation that does not conflict with lane 1 bass HOPO notes, so people will now be able to chart HOPOs on all lanes and open strumming in their bass guitar tracks. Yay! Now I c...

Re: EOF 1.8b6 - Dance track export now available

I see that the note menu preparation logic has a bug that causes this crash if you try to access a menu when no chart is loaded (via ALT or mouse). I'll get another beta uploaded soon, but the easiest workaround is to use the shortcut keys to open (CTRL+O or F3) or create a new chart (CTRL+N or F4)...

Re: EOF 1.8b6 - Dance track export now available

Great. When I downloaded version 1.8b6, it crashes. Does anyone have the link for version 1.8b5? Gosh, I shouldn't delete version 1.8b5 without knowing that 1.8b6 would crash on me. :crying: Or how do I stop 1.8b6 from crashing? Here is the problem. I open up EOF 1.8 beta 6. As soon as I click anywh...

Hearing the Bass Drum of the Drums in a Song

Normally, you can hear the bass drum of a song by hearing little clicks in the drums but they are too soft to hear. I figured out how to exactly hear the bass drum. In Audacity (an Audio-editing program, open source), open the song you are charting on. In Audacity, double click inside the track of y...

Set different keys.

The perfect set of keys that worked with me when I used the keyboard were SHIFT, Z, X, C, V.

Re: InstantJam - The Facebook GH clone

I played it with my Guitar Hero Xplorer Controller.

Too bad InstantJam is removed from Facebook now. :crying:
That's okay; I didn't really care for it.
