Thats nothing to do with this mod. And if by "supposed to" you mean that it is in GH... well, this isn't GH. If you really want to take the matter up (which has been done before, falling on deaf ears) you need to do it with RF since it's his mod which adds HOPO, but I wouldn't recommend that.
