You can use Audacity. Its freeware. First, im spanish, so i have Audacity in spanish. But you only have to open de mp3 file in that program, then select the option EXPORT OGG VORBIS - or similar - . Then you have the guitar.ogg. The song.ogg is another export to ogg, but before you have to reduce th...
